Mr. Inderdeep Singh Virdi has over two decades of varied experience in setting up and managing large teams, establishing multi-location IT Infra covering risks and redundancies, setting up applications such as ERP, HIS, EMR, CRMs, Call Center solutions, Performance Management, designing and implementing digital pathways for processes, building MIS Dashboards and business intelligence tools, developing tools to manage digital leads from social media, building cloud infrastructures and program managing complex IT turnaround and change management projects across industries such as Hospitals, Diagnostic and Large Pathology Chain, travel, airline.

He have firsthand experience in managing IT requirements of complex large and established setups to nimble and agile startups. He pioneered a web-based internet booking engine – Worldspan. He effectively led the HIS vendor design and implementation of web-based HIS in India and abroad. Having completed the Dale Carnegie leadership Program, he has been the principal figure in bringing innovations across many levels of the organization.
